■ Which is your favorite Mass media platform for communication? Why do you like it? What are its drawback?
                 Mass Media is platform to communicate with mass audience. There are many media through which communication takes place. Social Media is also a part of this communication.                  

                     WhatsApp  is a freeware  and cross-platform messaging service owned by Facebook. The application allows the sending of text messages  and voice calls, as well as video calls, images and other media, documents, and user location. The application runs from a mobile device but is also accessible from desktop computers; the service requires. consumer users to provide a standard cellular mobile number. Originally, users could only communicate with others individually or in groups of individual users.

                         Whatsapp has also negative side.Sometimes we get fake information from whatsapp. Many people spread rumours with the use of this platform and it creates problems in society.
